Butter Wings is one of those songs that you write everything in 2 days, it felt like it was meant to be. I wrote this song because my great grandmother passed away a few years ago. My favorite line in this song is in the chorus when I say “oh how I wish you had butter wings don’t fly away my dream”. What I meant by that was that I wish the butterfly (which is my great grandmother) had butter wings so her wings could melt and she wouldn’t fly away from me.
